What does setup involve?
We install it on one Windows computer, connect one supported mailbox, set up your quote import from a CSV file and agree your reminder wording. Setup assistance is included for 30 days, and there is no automatic renewal.
Does my computer need to stay on?
Yes. It runs on your own Windows computer, so that computer needs to stay awake and online for reminders to go out on time.
Does it connect to my CRM?
Not directly. Quotes come in from a CSV file, which most quoting and CRM tools can export.
