This notice explains what personal data Scaglione Solutions ("we") collects through scaglionesolutions.co.uk, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.

No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools, so there's no cookie banner.
What we collect, and why

Who handles it for us
- Namecheap hosts this website on servers in the United Kingdom. Enquiries are stored there and emailed to us.
- Google Workspace provides our email.
- Anthropic provides the AI that answers questions in the Ask box. Your question is sent to Anthropic to produce the answer. Please don't include personal details in it.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the USA. Where data leaves the UK, it is protected by the UK's approved safeguards, such as the UK-US data bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
Our software
Video Studio and Follow-Up Desk run on your own computer. We don't receive your videos, scripts, quotes, customer lists, emails or API keys. Anything they send to services you connect, such as Anthropic, ElevenLabs or your email provider, goes directly from your computer under your own accounts with those services.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict it or stop using it. Email hello@scaglionesolutions.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
